Start your day off right with an herb omelette, homemade baked pastries such as chocolate croissants and coffee cakes, and a cappucino. Or perhaps you'd rather have fresh, hand made yogurt and a cup of coffee. Served between 7:00 and 9:30 a.m., we have a variety of delicious choices you're sure to love.

Mama's homemade pasta...
From fresh spinach and ricotta ravioli to tagliatelle with tomato sauce, the pasta is a highlight to each meal. But we don't stop there, each course is fresh and tasty using ingredients from our garden. You start off with your own plate of hors d'oeuvres which can include homemade olive oil drizzled over toasted bread, bruschetta, deep fried sage leaves and more. The first course is the pasta of the day, the second course, perfectly seasoned and cooked meat, along with a garden salad. Immediately following, is the formaggio (cheese) course, which may be fresh mozzarella drizzled in honey. Dessert is homemade each day by Ines and may be Creme Caramel, a subtle and delicious Lemon Cake and more. Top it all off with a cappucino while you breathe in deep and enjoy some of the best that Italy has to offer.
